Monday, September 24, 2018 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

This class meets every other Monday at 6 PM, excluding Holidays

The Expressive Art Class uses art as a form of therapy and self-exploration!  Sessions will help you practice creativity while opening the door to calming strategies and awareness techniques. Participants gain better insight of themselves through sharing feelings and exploring a host of topics with group dialog and discussion. It’s part art, part relaxing, part “therapy”, part discussion and in addition, the class is FUN! A positive diversion for anyone and best part, art experience is NOT needed!

"If there is any message I could pass on it would be to take today's opportunities and live your dreams.  I know sometimes it's hard not to be stressed out by life and bogged with minor problems.  Try to remember what matters most to your heart and be thankful for what you do have."
