Relax the Mind, Strengthen the Body, Rejevunate your Spirit

Our gentle Yoga class focuses on breathing and relaxation. No experience required.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are a breast cancer survivor or not. Come be refreshed, inspired and filled with joy! Get your yoga mat & water bottle and we will see you on Thursday!

Weekly Yoga classes are led by certified Yoga Instructors, Lucy Duran-Dominguez and Vikki Hinz.  These classes are open to everyone at no cost.

This is a regularly scheduled event that occurs:

Walking Club takes place every Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 am

The Michelle's Place Walking Club meets every Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 am at the Promenade Mall by the Starbucks on the second level. Join fellow breast cancer thrivers and supporters as we walk, talk, and enjoy a stroll through the Mall. The Promenade Mall offers an indoor setting with plenty of restrooms and bench seating for resting between laps. Some days we will enjoy a stroll through the indoor and outdoor settings of the mall. You can even stay for the Farmer's Market on Wednesdays!

On September 23rd, 2018 the 2nd Annual Michelle's Place 5K Walk of Hope will bring together people who believe in the power of cancer support! Join us to walk or run a 5K beginning at Vail Headquarters, around the back side of the Walmart shopping center to Butterfield Stage Rd then back along 79 South/Temecula Parkway. Then the celebration begins at Vail Headquarters.
