DESCRIPTION:Monthly Walking Group with the Center for Senior Wellbeing \nStep outside\, get moving\, and connect with others. Michelle’s Place is partnering with the Center for Senior Wellbeing to offer a new walking group designed to support the health and wellbeing of older adults in our community. Held on the second Tuesday of each month at Dinwiddie Nature Preserve\, these guided walks provide a wonderful opportunity to stay active\, enjoy the outdoors\, and connect with others –while also learning about the history\, ecology\, and unique character of the Preserve. \nThe group meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday\, at Dinwiddie Preserve in Fallbrook \nLearn more at the Center for Senior Wellbeing Senior Walk & Connect \n\nCommunity Agreements\nTo help maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone\, we’d like to share a brief Code of Conduct that guides our gatherings. Michelle’s Place is committed to fostering a space where all participants\, including clients\, volunteers\, facilitators\, and staff\, are treated with dignity and respect. We strive to keep our events inclusive\, supportive\, and enjoyable for all. \nWe ask attendees to engage with one another respectfully\, be mindful of shared space and time\, and help maintain a positive atmosphere. This includes using considerate language\, respecting personal boundaries\, and honoring the privacy of others.
