Led by renowned songwriter Mack Bailey\, this two-session workshop is designed to educate\, support\, and help alleviate the emotional effects of trauma through creative expression and connection. 2026 Songwriting Workshop Flyer \nUsing an evidence-based whole-brain approach\, participants are encouraged to reframe personal experiences and memories in a safe\, compassionate environment. \nSession Dates: \n\nDay 1: Tuesday\, June 30th from 12pm – 2pm\nDay 2: Wednesday\, July 1st from 12pm – 2pm\n\nParticipants are asked to commit to attending both sessions\, as each workshop builds upon the previous one to provide the fullest benefit of the experience.
