DESCRIPTION:Restorative yoga is an embodied meditation practice\, a pathway to somatic reset and inner peace. \nIn a restorative yoga class\, your body will be fully supported in comfort and ease using a variety of yoga props or any items you can find around your homes\, such as blocks\, blankets\, bolsters\, cushions\, pillows\, and eye pillows.
