Our Fallbrook center is located inside the beautiful Community Health and Wellness Center of the Fallbrook Regional Health District.

We offer services at this location by appointment only. As an extension of the main Temecula Location, we are working to bring programs and services to North San Diego County and the Fallbrook Community. We are excited to see this program develop and grow in the upcoming years.
