Gentle & Restorative Be-Well Yoga – In-Person Only

Join certified instructors Garnet and Kriss for a calming yoga session focused on breath, gentle movement, and relaxation. This class is designed to support your overall well-being in a peaceful and welcoming environment.

All are welcome – no experience needed.
