Wellness Warriors — A Feel-Good Class for Body 

Whether you’re navigating cancer or just need a supportive space to recharge, Wellness Warriors is here for you. This welcoming class blends gentle movement (much of it seated), mindfulness, and community connection to help you feel stronger inside and out — no experience needed!

Expect grounding exercises like breath work or meditation, beginner-friendly strength-based movement, and meaningful group discussions focused on emotional well-being and self-awareness. Together, we’ll explore questions like:

  • “What sensations am I feeling?”
  • “What thoughts come up when I’m challenged?”
  • “How can I stay present in this moment?”

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, empowered, and supported.

Community Agreements

We ask attendees to engage with one another respectfully, be mindful of shared space and time, and help maintain a positive atmosphere. This includes using considerate language, respecting personal boundaries, and honoring the privacy of others. Behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive to the group experience is not tolerated.
